By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, package, program, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Services

Services provided by Jennifer Love are intended for spiritual guidance, personal insight, self-development, and entertainment purposes only.

Psychic readings, tarot readings, chakra balancing, energy healing, coaching, and related services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes following any session.

Appointment Length

Session times listed on the website are estimates and may vary. Some sessions may be shorter or longer depending on the client's questions, participation, and the information received during the session.

The completion of a session is determined by the practitioner based on the natural conclusion of the reading or service and not solely by the amount of time elapsed.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of service  unless otherwise stated.

A scheduled appointment reserves time exclusively for the client and prevents that time from being offered to another client.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any service, appointment, package, program, workshop, digital product, or session purchased through this website or in office or over the phone.

Refunds will not be granted based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with information received during a reading.

  • Personal disagreement with guidance provided.

  • Expectations regarding the length of a session.

  • Perceived accuracy or inaccuracy of a reading.

  • Outcomes that differ from a client's expectations.

  • A change of mind after purchase.

  • Failure to read the service description prior to booking.

By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing a service, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, documentation including booking confirmations, service descriptions, appointment records, communications, and proof of service may be submitted to the payment processor or financial institution as evidence that services were provided as agreed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

No-shows, missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment without refund.

Packages and Programs

Packages, mentorships, coaching programs, and multi-session services are non-refundable.

Unused sessions are non-transferable and may expire according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

Right to Refuse Service

Jennifer Love reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for inappropriate behavior, harassment, threats, abusive conduct, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennifer Love shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of services provided.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, making a purchase, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
